Statements, access and decisions
When are owner distributions made?
Distributions follow a fixed monthly schedule once rents clear and payables are funded, with the operating statement posted at the same time so the wire and the reporting always reconcile.
What reporting formats do you support?
Standard monthly packages plus lender-required reporting, partnership-level statements and exports for asset management platforms. If your CPA or lender needs a specific template, we produce it.
Do you work with out-of-state and international owners?
Yes. Many of our owners hold Northern Virginia assets from outside the region. Approvals, reporting and signatures are handled remotely, and we act as the local presence for inspections, jurisdictions and tenants.
Can you support an acquisition, refinance or disposition?
Yes. We provide due diligence support, T-12 and rent roll production, estoppel and SNDA collection, tenant notifications and clean records for a smooth transfer or loan closing.
